Ive always been a huge, HUGE RTS fan. I grew up on the classics - which I still play to this day - and I always try the ones that come out on the AppStore. Red Alert, Warfare Inc, Settlers, Quantum Collapse, you name it, I bought it. Until now, they all felt like watered down ports, not full-fledged games. LASW came to change that. With an expansive tech tree, dozens of land, air and sea units, radars and nuclear missiles, this feels like the real deal. The game feels and looks very much like Total Annihilation so if you enjoyed that classic, you WILL get you moneys worth out of this game.

Sorta cool but confusing hard to control and well just plain hard to win

This totally reminds me of playing Supreme Commander also.. I love how its epic, and you can build units on a massive scale. Pretty simplistic when it comes to controls (maybe needs a tweak or two on the shortcuts, so that its easier to macro). I hope they add multiplayer for this soon! GREAT GAME, GET IT!

This game is amazing. Apart from Starcraft on the pc there is not very many other games out there like this. I love how you can attack with mass units. I does get a bit laggy though. The three things they should add: 1.multiplayer 2.the upgrades seem sorta usless because it seems to make little differance 3.Slihtly harder AI 3

Total Annihilation with Supreme Commander Mega units. Very mature game design and controls! 6 stars

Good concept but buggy.. I dont have the option to build a missle or mega units even with spec mines and about 1 hr into the game.

Best rts game on iPod. Works great But I miss multiplayer. Hopefully that is added. I thought it was better than the computer version to. Also the awsomeness of the explosion and stuff. Better than all the rts games on iPod. I would rate this 10 but I cant so thats to bad. Buy this totally worth it.

I was skeptical about the game at first since other games in the same genre have been pretty simplistic, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this game to be much more sophisticated and very addictive! Keep the updates coming, this game has a lot of potential and is the best one I know in the app store for its genre.

If I could I would give it 6 stars. The only things you could do to make it better are that you could make ground units that would fire missiles to other ground units. Update: So now you have made the first update which I think was a majorly awesome update with levels for units. I think you should make more updates with MAP MAKER or at least make more boulders. Could you possibly make impassible spaces (but not for aircraft). I doubt youll build a map maker for us but it would increase the value of the game by like fifty percent. Other than that I think if you keep the updates coming it will make the top twenty five in no time and when it does you could introduce a lite version with only level one or two tech. Then you can increase the price by another fifty percent and rule the world with all the money you make MWA HA HA HA HA. LOL J/K

This game is amazing, worth the money!! Must be added in next/future update(s): 1. Online multiplayer 2. Campaign-A MUST!!! 3. Level editor 4. Experimental units, bigger and better than mega units 5. Ability to create your own units If Isotope adds all these features, the game will become number 1 in the AppStore, no doubt about it, also the value of the game would increase by far and the price could be adjusted to $9.99

Wow, this really is fantastic. The description gives you a great list of features, and there sure are a lot of them, but that really wouldnt mean anything if the controls and gameplay were lacking like most other Strategy games for iDevices. Luckily that is not a problem, thanks to a slick interface allowing you to group your units very effectively, and a plethora of customization options that allows you to configure your game to any style under the sun. If you have any interest in strategy games then buy this now. Its one of the most high quality apps Ive ever purchased and its worth every penny. Even if you havent played any real time strategy games before, or youre a veteran whos experienced them all, this is still an worthwhile purchase. Like I said before: buy it now, its a powerhouse of an app that combines a huge list of features and configurable gameplay modes, and wraps them in a iPhone (or iPod) friendly package thats a joy to play.

Like the game, it reminds me a lot of Total Annihilation. Air units, sea Units, Bertha Cannon. It looks OK on the 2x expansion for the iPad screen, would look terrific if given a iPad refresh. Multiplayer would be a great addition. 5 stars with a refresh & multiplayer, 4 stars without.

SOOOO addictive and fun, cant stop playing! Buy it, its so worth it.

This game is sweet. Worth every penny! Needs a mega defensive base. Also, mega super destroyer should also be able to attack sub and air and should be renamed super battlecruiser or something. If you do this it will have five stars. Other than that it is sweet! Nukes are so much fun and realistic!
